Best Price Promise

In the unlikely event you see a better price within 60 days of your Fey & Co. diamond purchase (dated from the initial purchase payment), we’ll pay you the difference.  Or, if you prefer, we will give you a full refund.  We want you to be happy!

Lifetime Diamond Warranty with Free Maintenance and Inspections

We will replace any diamond which, in normal use, chips, cracks, separates or is lost from its mounting with a diamond of equal retail value for the purchaser’s lifetime.
Just bring your diamond into any of our diamond studios every six months for a professional cleaning and inspection, and we will make any necessary minor repairs, if needed.

Diamond Value and Trade-Up Warranty

Fey & Co. will give you full credit for the original purchase price of your center diamond (or the current value if the diamond price market has declined since original purchase) at any time that you wish to trade it towards the purchase of another diamond or another piece of jewelry that is double the value of your original purchase. 

Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Fey & Co. diamond purchase, you may return or exchange it for up to 60 days from the date of purchase (dated from the initial purchase payment). 

Diamond Certification and Lifetime Free Diamond Appraisal

Center diamonds of greater than one-half carat (.50 carat) are accompanied by a free diamond certificate from one of the world’s most trusted, independent gem grading laboratory.  We will also provide you with a free appraisal of your piece of diamond jewelry every two years so that you can always have an up to date record of your diamond’s value. 

“$0 Cost” Lost or Stolen Diamond Protection

For the first two years that you own your new diamond, Fey & Co. will work with your insurance company (to qualify, you must fully insure your diamond jewelry with an insurance company) to assure that your diamond jewelry is replaced at no cost to you.  No deductibles, no hassles. Just instruct your insurance company to contact Fey & Co. for proper replacement of your diamond jewelry.  The maximum payout for this offer is $500 (higher deductibles are not covered) and is only paid if the insurance company makes the replacement through Fey & Co.

“Conflict Free” and Socially Responsible Diamonds and Gold

At Fey & Co., we guarantee in writing that the diamonds we offer our guests are “conflict free.”

With respect to gold, virtually all the gold used in our original designs and by our jewelry designers is “recycled” from gold that has already been mined.

Our in-store and online warranties are applicable to all diamonds purchased after September 1, 2009.
